Junior QA Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing)

• Position: Junior QA Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing)
• Location: Toa Payoh North
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,500–S$4,500 Basic Monthly + 14 Days Annual Leave + Discretionary AWS / Variable Bonus (subject to company performance)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating and resolving production, customer and supplier quality issues.
• Support internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO quality standards.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAR/8D).
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on quality-related matters.
• Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports and audit records.
• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production processes.
• Work closely with senior team members on quality assurance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures, ISO standards and root cause analysis.
• Exposure to supplier quality management or corrective action processes will be an advantage.
• Experience in electronics or PCBA manufacturing will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical quality assurance skills.
