Junior QA/QC

mportant: This position is open only to candidates currently residing in Ahmedabad or nearby areas. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Conduct routine inspections as per quality standards.
• Maintain QC records and documentation.
• Report quality issues and assist in corrective actions.
• Ensure hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices are followed.
• Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to maintain product quality.

Requirements:

• FOOD Manufacturing company experience is compulsory
• B.Sc. (Microbiology/Chemistry/Food Science) or Diploma in Food Technology.
• 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control (Freshers can also apply).
• Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and quality testing.
• Good observation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Incoming material inspection
• In-process and finished goods quality checks
• SOP, GMP and hygiene compliance
• QA documentation and reports
• CAPA and quality investigations
• Coordination with Production, Stores and Packaging

Skills: Attention to detail, Excel, documentation, communication, root cause analysis

Pay: ₹11,360.72 - ₹30,000.00 per month
