About the Role

We are looking for a strong Quality Analyst who combines solid testing fundamentals with excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a sense of ownership. The ideal candidate will independently drive quality across projects, coordinate with multiple teams, and use AI tools to make testing faster, smarter, and more productive.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for web and mobile applications
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality
• Identify, log, track, and follow up on bugs until closure
• Independently drive testing tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers
• Analyze requirements to identify gaps, risks, and edge cases early in the development cycle
• Leverage AI tools to improve test case creation, analysis, documentation, and overall productivity
• Maintain clear and accurate test documentation, reports, and bug records
• Take ownership of quality, proactively flag issues, and drive them toward resolution
• Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of the QA process, SDLC/STLC, and testing methodologies (manual testing, regression, smoke, sanity, etc.)
• Experience in writing test cases and bug reports, and using tools like Jira, TestRail, or similar
• Ability to work independently, follow up on tasks, and coordinate across teams
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying gaps
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for testing, analysis, and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• API testing experience (Postman)
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases
• Experience testing AI, SaaS, blockchain, or eCommerce products
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
