Junior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Kidurong, Bintulu, Sarawak

Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of working experience in the construction industry
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Comprehensive guidance will be provided.
• Good communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and tender documentation.
• Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare cost comparison reports for materials and subcontractor works.
• Assist in tender preparation, including compilation of tender submissions and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of contracts, quotations, claims, and project records.
• Assist in project cost monitoring, measurement, and quantity verification.
• Provide support to Senior Quantity Surveyors in project administration and contract management.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
