Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of cost estimates, tender submissions, quantity take-offs, and project cost management for construction projects. You will be involved in a variety of UK-based residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and estimating principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience Required

• 0–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimating, or a related construction role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Any experience in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, tender submissions, or procurement support will be advantageous.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or fit-out projects is desirable but not essential.
• Familiarity with UK construction projects and estimating practices would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu and experience with on-screen quantity take-offs will be considered a strong advantage.

Desirable Skills

• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu will be an advantage.
• Experience with on-screen quantity take-offs will be an advantage.
• Experience using estimating or quantity surveying software.
• Previous internship or work experience in construction or surveying.
• Knowledge of UK construction methods, standard methods of measurement, and construction contracts would be beneficial.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
