Junior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their QS career or with a couple of years' experience who wants to gain more hands-on experience in the construction industry.

You will work alongside our team, helping with the day-to-day costing and commercial side of projects.

Main Duties

• Assist with pricing and preparing tenders.
• Carry out measurements and take-offs from drawings.
• Get quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Help track project costs and budgets.
• Assist with valuations, variations and payments.
• Work closely with site managers and the project team.
• Keep project records and paperwork up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Ideally 1–2 years' experience
• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Full driving licence preferred.
