Junior Quantity Surveyor( Electrical Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates for electrical works.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
• Prepare and check BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate quantity surveying and commercial records.
• Assist with tendering and comparison of supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Ensure measurements and billing are prepared accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering,
• 1 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably with electrical or MEP projects.
• Good understanding of electrical construction works and materials.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, measurement, and project billing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
