Job Responsibilities

Assist the Quantity Surveyor (QS) in checking, compiling, and verifying delivery orders (DOs) and supporting documents.

Ensure all delivery orders and supporting documents are properly recorded, organized, and maintained for easy reference.

Follow up with subcontractors on missing delivery orders, incomplete documentation, and discrepancies in submitted progress claims.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of delivery orders, progress claims, and other QS-related records.

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding delivery orders, progress claims, and supporting documents.

Provide general administrative support to the Quantity Surveying Department and assist with its daily operations.

Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.

Fresh graduates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
