What they need
Job Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimate and bills of quantities
Prepare tender documents, tender report and contract documents
Conduct monthly site valuation
Evaluate and prepare interim valuations
Prepare final account
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution with 2 - 4 years experience
Experience with consulting firm is an advantage
Possess strong planning, interpersonal, communication, organization and negotiation skill
Able to work independently
Knowledge in computer-aided measurement software (e.g. Cost-X and Glodon) will be an advantage
