Junior R&D Technologist

Your responsibilities:

• Application of technical expertise to develop, scale up and validate new and existing products in small and mid sized projects, including processes and process parameters
• Preparing and executing kitchen and production trials of new and changed recipes
• Making sure product and process best practices are followed and implemented
• Support R&D technologists in mid and big projects in managing documents, specification, trials preparation and post-trials activities

Our requirements:

• Master Degree in Food Technology / Food Chemistry / or relevant science discipline
• First experience as technologist in food / chemical / pharma company - nice to have
• Very good command of English and Polish
• Curiosity, positivity and enthusiasm
• Passion for improvement and proactive nature
• Analytical skills and focus on result
• Good communication skills
