What they need
WANTED: An energetic team member to join our busy (but awesome) team!
This is a full time role;
Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm
You will be a key support to the Property Managers and Office Administration. You must be competent in Microsoft Office, with a high level of computer understanding. Working in a fast paced team environment and having a high standard of customer service is a must - but we also want you to have fun along the way!
Main duties include;
- handling incoming phone calls and walk-in enquiries
- processing of mail and banking
- general administration tasks
- real estate specific administration tasks
- key management
Previous real estate administration experience is preferred but not essential.
In house training will be provided.
