Junior Receptionist

Little Peoples Early Learning Centre is a growing company and as such we are looking for a full-time, Junior Receptionist at our Head Office located in Wollongong.

Please be aware that this is an entry level position, so if you have studied higher than a Cert III or Diploma, please do not apply.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

• Answering, directing phone calls, and taking messages
• Reception Desk duties such as greeting clients
• Helping maintain a clean work environment throughout Reception and Office spaces
• Assisting with basic administration duties for Head Office
• Data entry, filing and record keeping
• Providing a professional service as the first point of contact for company services
• Online ordering for centres
• Assisting the Enrolments and Accounts team
• Packing uniform orders
• Other tasks at the discretion of the Office Manager as required

The successful candidate must:

• Have basic computer skills
• Have experience using Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with clients and staff
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a faced-paced team
• Have a positive work ethic
