Key responsibilities

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
• General administration and data entry
• Assisting the sales and property management teams
• Preparing documents and completing basic office tasks
• Keeping reception and common areas tidy
• Light office cleaning and maintaining a professional office environment
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
