Junior Receptionist/Office Assistant

Do you love typing and administration and enjoy working in a busy but friendly environment?

Trans Communications is situated in Stafford (Brisbane North) and has a position available for a Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Some of your duties will include:

• Secretarial duties, general typing, filing and replying to emails;
• Reception duties, including entering job cards into system;
• Rental Stock control;
• Assistance in die dispatch department;
• Filing and Cleaning;
• Social Media marketing and monthly newsletter.

The successful candidate will have to be:

• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, friendly and be able to work independently and in a team;
• Energetic, efficient, eager to learn and have a positive outlook on life;
• A person who loves organising and who's work is methodical and systematic;
• Have a typing speed of at least 40wpm.
