What they need
Job title: Jr. Reconciliation Executive
Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with accurate and timely data.
- Perform reconciliation of transactions, identify discrepancies, and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Use MS Excel extensively for data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other functions.
- Handle customer disputes related to transactions and ensure cases are investigated and resolved within TAT.
- Manage fraud reporting, maintain case records, and coordinate with relevant teams for investigation.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Finance, Risk, and Customer Service to resolve transaction-related issues.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and timely closure of pending transactions, discrepancies, disputes, and fraud-related cases.
