Junior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Associate – Recruitment & Executive Search to join our growing team. The role is focused on candidate sourcing, headhunting, recruitment research, and supporting Executive Search assignments across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct candidate, company, industry, and talent-market research.
• Build talent maps and candidate pipelines for client requirements.
• Review and screen profiles based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate information and pipelines in ATS/recruitment systems.
• Support the team with background research and candidate evaluation.
• Work closely with the Executive Search team on ongoing mandates.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, headhunting, or Executive Search.
• Experience in a recruitment/staffing/search firm is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and outreach.
• Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite or similar sourcing platforms.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership.
• Comfortable working as part of a growing and collaborative team.

Fresh graduates with strong communication, research ability, and genuine interest in recruitment may also be considered.

Important

This is primarily a recruitment and Executive Search role, not an HR Operations or general HR role. Candidates whose experience is mainly in employee relations, payroll, HR policies, attendance, or administration may not be suitable.
