Harris Group is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized junior recruiter to help support our growing efforts as a company. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing a career in recruiting, human resources, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruiting efforts for CDL Class A truck drivers.

• Review applications and assist with obtaining all FMCSA and DOT Compliant

documents.

• Assist with college recruiting efforts, career fairs, and internship programs.

• Provide administrative support for recruiting and other departments as needed.

• Assist with onboarding employees and documentation of their paperwork.

• Perform data entry and update applicant tracking systems.

• Must be familiar and know how to navigate Social Media platforms such as Facebook.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with applicants.

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

• Self motivated with the ability to learn and grow

• Experience with job boards such as Indeed, Linkedin, or Handshake.

• Ability to use Spreadsheets and digital trackers.
