Job Title: Junior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
