Junior Recruiter

About Ubiquity Service We are an international automotive testing company working with leading automotive and EV manufacturers across Europe. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter who is eager to develop together with us and build a successful career in recruitment.

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and well-organized person who enjoys working with people, isn't afraid of challenges, and is excited to be part of an international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Full recruitment cycle for assigned vacancies, from sourcing candidates to contract preparation.
• Working with ATS.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
• Screen CVs and assess candidates' qualifications, motivation, and overall fit for the role.
• Coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and provide regular updates.
• Preparation of contracts, offers, and recruitment-related documentation.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Meet hiring deadlines and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish; Ukrainian or Russian – nice to have.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Polish Labour Law (Kodeks Pracy) is a strong advantage.
