Purpose of the role

As a Junior Recruiter, you are responsible for identifying, engaging, and supporting students and young professionals in finding their next career step. You spend a big part of your day having meaningful conversations, understanding the needs and challenges of our Community, and taking the lead in supporting their ambitions. By proactively sourcing talent, maintaining our community database, and continuously sharpening your interview techniques through internal training programs, you build strong relationships and ensure optimal matches between our candidates and clients. Your role is crucial in driving the Community’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of driving the success and adoption of our new AI tool, leading the automation and optimization of the early candidate journey and registration flow.
• Conduct a high volume of intake interviews and update calls, staying in constant, direct contact with candidates from our Community.
• Act as a true sparring partner and trusted advisor to candidates, helping them navigate their career development and job transitions.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining high levels of candidate satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain, search, and continuously update our talent database to ensure quick, seamless, and accurate candidate matching.
• Generate a continuous inflow of top talent matching our Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs) using our Community, LinkedIn, personal networks, and your own creative input.

Who are you?

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Communication, Psychology, HR, or a related field) with 0–2 years of experience in a client- or candidate-facing role.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English (verbal and written) and available to work hours per week.
• You have a genuine interest in recruitment, talent development, or HR services.
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and databases, with experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn as a plus.
