Junior Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Junior Recruiter with prior experience in recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment reporting.
