Junior Recruiter

IdeasUnlimited is currently looking for a Junior Recruiter. As a company, we offer stable positions with timely payment, long-term contracts, and a professional environment to grow and excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and post job advertisements on job platforms and social media channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments.
• Facilitate HR assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
• Collect and verify pre-employment requirements and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate client interviews.
• Assist candidates throughout the contract signing process.
• Coordinate technical setup and ensure candidates are prepared for onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Preferred prior experience working in call center industry, but not mandatory.
• Preferred prior experience in HR, specifically recruitment or talent acquisition, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop for creating ads for social media.

Important:

• We are a US-based professional company, and you will be requested to go through our recruitment process, undergo a background check, and sign an Agreement as well as an NDA if hired.
• The entire recruitment and selection process is done via Microsoft Teams and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
• If hired, we will be using monitoring software to check your daily work efficiency and productivity.
