Junior Recruiter

The Role

• Lead active sourcing efforts by identifying top talent through professional networks and crafting personalized outreach strategies.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to build meaningful connections and represent the organizational culture effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the HR team to support both strategic and operational recruitment processes.

• Evaluate applications and profiles with an analytical approach to ensure strong professional and cultural alignment.

• Contribute innovative ideas to refine and improve existing recruitment and sourcing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally within business, communications, psychology, or social sciences.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, extroverted approach to engaging with new people.

• Ability to commit to approximately 20 hours per week while balancing academic responsibilities.

• A natural aptitude for understanding diverse personalities and professional backgrounds.
