Junior Recruiter (Contract)

What can you explore?

• Support recruitment consultants in managing end-to-end hiring processes across various roles
• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
• Conduct screening and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system
• Assist in building a strong talent pipeline by engaging with potential candidates regularly

We looking for someone:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a team and independently
• Interested in business research, HR, consulting, or talent acquisition
