Junior Recruitment/Delivery Consultant – US Investment Banking (Fully Remote)

• Working Hours: UK Hours (10:00 AM – 18:00 PM SAST / 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM GMT)
• Compensation: ZAR 18,000 – ZAR 25,000 per month + Performance Commission

The Role

We are hiring a Junior Recruitment Researcher / Delivery Consultant to support our growing front-office mandates across the US markets . This is an independent contractor position modeled as a stable, long-term, full-time role offering direct global exposure and working autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping (50%)
• Candidate Screening & Qualification
• CRM & Search Operations (50%)

What We Are Looking For

• Investment Banking Exposure: Prior recruitment or research experience within Investment Banking or Financial Services is essential . Direct exposure to or solid functional knowledge of the US Investment Banking market (M&A, coverage groups, capital markets) is strongly required.
• Sourcing Mastery: Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/ATS software. Exposure to automated outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist) is a strong plus.
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English with the confidence to conduct initial screening calls with high-caliber international finance professionals.
• Professional Stability: Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and a track record of career stability.
• Remote Setup: A quiet home office environment, reliable high-speed fiber internet, and your own reliable laptop/PC (preferrable but not a main requirement).
