The Role
This is an entry level opportunity to build a career in recruitment, with the training, support and mentoring to help you succeed.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants who will teach you the ropes, help you develop your skills and support you as you build your own recruitment desk.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment process, build relationships with clients and candidates, and work towards targets that directly reward your performance.
Your day to day will include:
Sourcing and engaging talented candidates
Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
Developing your own client portfolio and generating new business opportunities
Managing the recruitment process from initial conversations through to placement
Networking within your market and building a strong candidate pipeline
Working towards individual and team targets
Learning from experienced consultants and continuously developing your skills
No recruitment experience? No problem. We can teach you recruitment. What matters most is your attitude, drive and willingness to learn.
Who We're Looking For
Confidence and strong communication skills
A competitive mindset and the motivation to achieve targets
Resilience and the ability to handle setbacks
Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn
The ability to build rapport and influence others
Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
A sense of humour and the ability to contribute to a great team culture
Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not essential. We're more interested in your potential than a perfect CV.
Working rights We welcome applications from candidates with Australian working rights, including those on working holiday visas.
What's In It For You? Earning potential A competitive base salary plus uncapped quarterly commission. The more you achieve, the more you can earn.
A four day working week Successfully complete probation and enjoy a four day working week while being paid for five days.
Training and development Our TAP Academy provides structured training, backed by hands on mentoring from experienced consultants who want to see you succeed.
Genuine career progression Build your own desk and work towards becoming a Senior Consultant and beyond, with opportunities to develop your career across our Australian and New Zealand offices.
A team that enjoys working together Join a collaborative, high performing team that shares knowledge, celebrates wins and supports each other's success. Expect padel, brunches, team drinks and quarterly lunches for our top billers.
Rewards for performance Hit your targets and earn additional annual leave days, alongside the opportunity to attend our Big Billers Quarterly Lunches.
Ready to Get Started? If you're ambitious, enjoy meeting new people and want to build a career where your effort makes a real difference to your earning potential and progression, we'd love to hear from you.
