What they need
Lead B2B jewellery operations, manage 15+ team members, oversee orders, clients, pricing and daily workflows. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production and clients while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
Required Candidate profile
8–10 years’ experience in B2B gold/jewellery operations. Strong knowledge of gold pricing, trade practices, order processing and team management. Good English, communication and tech skills.
