Full-time limited What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation of raw materials and products for the food and beverage industry, taking into account European and international food law regulations
• Data management in the central SAP system
• Preparation of the necessary documentation for our internal and external customers
• Solution-oriented handling of internal and external customer inquiries regarding food law as it pertains to the assigned portfolio
• Implementing legal changes in coordination with the relevant departments
• Addressing subject-specific issues and communicating the relevant information within the company

What Will Make You Successful

• Successfully completed studies as food chemist, ecotrophologist, or similar field of study with in-depth knowledge of food law
• Initial professional experience in the legal assessment of food products at an international company is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP (preferably SAP RD/EHS) would be an advantage
• Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of other foreign languages is desirable
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and find creative solutions
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, reliability, team spirit, and excellent communication skills
