About the Role

We are looking for a *Junior Relationship Manager* to manage and service our existing client base.

The role involves regular client interaction, client meetings, portfolio review support, SIP follow-ups, service coordination, and identifying opportunities to escalate to the Senior Relationship Manager.

This is an *existing-client relationship role*, not a cold-calling position.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-spoken, organised, and comfortable interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing

* Manage relationships with assigned existing clients.

* Proactively contact clients and understand their requirements.

* Conduct a minimum of *5 client meetings per day*.

* Resolve routine client queries and coordinate with the operations team.

* Ensure clients receive timely responses and updates.

2. Portfolio Review

* Assist in conducting periodic portfolio reviews.

* Understand basic concepts of Mutual Funds, SIPs, asset allocation, and portfolio performance.

* Collect required information before client meetings.

* Explain basic portfolio information to clients.

* Identify issues or opportunities that require Senior RM involvement.

3. SIP & Investment Follow-ups

* Follow up on SIP registrations, increases, and discontinuations.

* Identify clients who may have additional investment requirements.

* Follow up on investment discussions initiated during meetings.

* Pass qualified investment opportunities to the Senior RM.

4. Client Engagement

* Maintain regular communication with clients.

* Schedule portfolio review meetings.

* Maintain meeting records and follow-up actions.

* Build familiarity with the client's investment journey and financial requirements.

5. Coordination

* Coordinate with MF operations, transaction desk, and other internal teams.

* Follow up on pending transactions, documentation, and service requests.

* Ensure client issues are tracked until closure.

6. Escalation

The Junior RM should independently handle routine servicing matters and escalate:

* Investment decisions

* Large investment opportunities

* Significant redemption requests

* Complex portfolio issues

* Client complaints

* HNI/high-potential clients

to the Senior RM.

We are looking for someone who is:

* *13 years of experience* in Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, Broking or Financial Services.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Presentable and comfortable meeting clients.

* Basic understanding of Mutual Funds and financial markets.

* Energetic and proactive.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Organised and disciplined.

* Comfortable working with CRM and digital tools.

* Willing to travel locally for client meetings.

Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of investments may also be considered.

*Compensation:* 20,000- 30,000 per month + performance incentives, depending on experience and profile.
