Junior Relationship Manager

About the Role

BugleRock Capital is a MAS-licensed wealth and asset management firm in Singapore. We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to support client coverage and grow relationships with affluent and high net worth clients. You will work alongside senior relationship managers and the investment team to deliver a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned portfolio of affluent and high net worth clients

Understand client goals, risk profiles and needs, and recommend suitable investment and wealth solutions

Support senior relationship managers in client meetings, reviews and proposals

Originate new clients through referrals, networks and business development activities

Coordinate with product, investment, operations and compliance teams to execute client requests

Ensure all client activity complies with MAS regulations and internal policies, including KYC, suitability and documentation requirements

Maintain accurate client records and pipeline in the CRM

Provide timely client reporting, portfolio updates and market commentary

Meet agreed targets for client acquisition, assets under management and revenue

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field

8 to 10 years of relationship management or client advisory experience in banking or wealth management in Singapore

Priority banking experience is preferred

Proven track record of managing and growing a client book

Holds, or is able to obtain, the relevant MAS representative requirements and CMFAS modules

Good knowledge of investment products such as equities, funds, fixed income, structured products and insurance

Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Entrepreneurial, client-first and comfortable working in a growing firm
