· Conduct Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) testing and diagnostics.

· Support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs.

· Interpret vibration spectra, time waveforms, phase data, and other condition monitoring information to identify developing machine faults.

· Conduct field inspections and support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.

· Support furnace thermography and high-temperature inspection activities where required.

· Prepare technical reports documenting inspection findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.

· Assist in presenting technical findings and recommendations to customers.

· Work across multiple concurrent site assignments as part of the wider reliability services team.

· Maintain high standards of HSE, quality, confidentiality, and professional conduct during all site activities.

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

· 3–5 years of hands-on industrial experience in one or more of the following:

o Vibration Analysis

o Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA)

o Condition Monitoring

o Predictive Maintenance

o Reliability Engineering

o NDT

o Industrial Diagnostics
