Job Summary

Venus Remedies Limited is looking for a Junior Research Associate for its Bioanalytical department at Baddi. The candidate will support drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (DMPK) studies, bioanalytical method development and validation, and the quantitative analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological samples using advanced analytical instruments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bioanalytical method development, optimization, and validation using LC-MS/MS and HPLC.
• Perform quantitative analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological samples, including plasma and serum.
• Assist in sample preparation, extraction, processing, and analysis for preclinical pharmacokinetic studies.
• Support drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic investigations, including analysis of drug concentration data.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, analytical methods, validation reports, worksheets, and laboratory records.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), applicable regulatory guidelines, and laboratory procedures.
• Assist in data compilation, interpretation, literature review, and preparation of study reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support bioanalytical and preclinical research activities.

Educational Qualifications

• M.Pharm in a relevant specialization or M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related discipline.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of LC-MS/MS and HPLC.
• Understanding of bioanalytical method development and validation.
• Exposure to biological sample preparation and quantitative drug analysis.
• Basic understanding of DMPK and pharmacokinetics.
• Knowledge of GLP, SOPs, and scientific documentation.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and laboratory data handling.

Experience

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical research, LC-MS/MS analysis, pharmaceutical R&D, or DMPK-related activities are preferred.

Preferred: Hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS-based bioanalysis, biological sample analysis, and bioanalytical method validation.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
