Living Waters Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a motivated residential plumbing installer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience who wants to take their career to the next level.

We're looking for someone who already knows the basics, can independently complete assigned plumbing installation tasks, and takes pride in quality workmanship.

You don't need to be a master plumber or ready to run an entire project. But you should be capable of contributing to the job, solving problems, and moving work forward without constant supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

• Install and replace residential water lines, drain piping, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and related systems.
• Work on residential repipes, remodels, replacements, and larger installation projects.
• Independently complete assigned installation tasks within your skill level.
• Work alongside experienced plumbers while developing advanced skills and knowledge.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and communicate effectively with your team.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Take pride in workmanship and treat every client's home with care and respect.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Actual experience installing plumbing systems, not just assisting with tools and materials.
• Working knowledge of plumbing tools, fittings, materials, and installation practices.
• Ability to follow direction and complete assigned work without constant supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
• Dependability, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to accept coaching, learn new skills, and take on greater responsibility.
• Strong personal integrity, accountability, and respect for others.
• A genuine desire for personal and professional growth.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
