About Us
Hi there 👋 We're Wild. We set out to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and ended up building one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in Europe. Our refillable, natural deodorant is now in millions of hands, our cases are collected like accessories, and our collaborations - from Disney to seasonal scent drops - keep the brand fresh, playful and impossible to ignore. Now part of the Unilever family, we have the backing to go global while keeping the pace, ambition and mischief of a start-up.
🚀About the role
Wild's retail footprint is growing fast - from major grocery end-caps to bespoke fixtures for our biggest partnership launches. This role sits at the heart of that growth: supporting the concepting and creation of point-of-sale (POS) design for Wild and our retail partnerships, from FSDUs and shelf trays to in-store activations and seasonal drops.
You'll work closely with our Senior Retail Designer and Retail team, helping bring concepts to life using AI tools and design experience. You'll be as comfortable exploring ideas fast with AI tools as you are polishing final artwork in Adobe, and you'll bring both craft and pace to a fast-moving, always-on brand.
This is a junior role reporting into our Head of Design.
⚡️What you'll do
- Support our Senior Retail Designer and Retail team in delivering POS for Wild - FSDUs, shelf trays, end-caps, wobblers, window clings and more - for retailers and for our brand and licensing partnerships, contributing your own ideas and directions along the way. Build out digital retail collateral (PDP/Amazon) harnessing AI tools and automation to streamline the delivery process.
- Use AI design tools (Like Figma Weave) to rapidly generate and iterate retail concepts, moodboards and visual directions, helping the team move quickly from brief to first look.
- Take agreed concepts through to final, print-ready artwork using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), working to retailer specs and production requirements.
- Ensure every piece of retail design is instantly recognisable as Wild, bringing the same craft and distinctiveness to a shelf tray as to a Social post.
- Collaborate with the wider Creative and Brand teams to keep retail executions aligned with brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns and partnership creative.
- Support on multiple retail projects and deadlines at once, balancing speed with high standards of execution.
- Stay on top of retail design trends, new AI tools and production techniques, bringing fresh thinking to how Wild shows up in-store.
🌟 About You
- 1-2 years experience in a creative or design role.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong retail/POS design work (FSDUs, shelf trays, in-store activations and similar).
- Hands-on experience using AI graphic design tools as part of a live creative workflow, not just experimenting (Figma Weave/Adobe Firefly).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Good understanding of print production processes and retailer artwork specs.
- A sharp eye for brand consistency, with the taste to keep things distinctive and the discipline to keep them on-brand.
- Comfortable working directly with commercial/retail stakeholders and senior designers, helping translate briefs into strong creative concepts.
- Thrives at pace, juggling multiple projects in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
- Experience with licensing or brand partnerships is a plus.
⚡️What you’ll get from us:
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days
- Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office
- Enhanced maternity, paternity & parental leave
- 4% Company Pension
- Mental well-being support through Spill
- Private healthcare through Vitality
- Weekly early finishes and social events
- Annual L&D budget
- Free breakfast
- Free & discounted Wild products
- 2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days
- Access to cycle to work & cycle saver scheme
