Junior Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer billing and payment records. This role manages payment application, billing adjustments, accounts receivable reporting, and revenue-related reconciliations while providing timely support to both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all payments are posted and reconciled by month-end to support accurate financial reporting.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, and corrections as needed.
• Review customer accounts to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and revenue-related reports.
• Monitor the accuracy of payment and billing data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
• Investigate unapplied payments and work with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, account balances, and billing discrepancies.
• Manage and resolve internal support tickets related to payments, billing, and customer accounts within established service levels.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Client Services, and Operations to ensure billing accuracy and efficient cash application.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English)
• Customer service experience is a plus.
