Junior Robotics Operator | No experience required!

As a Robotics Operations Specialist, you’ll use VR technology, gaming controllers, and specialized software to control robotic systems with accuracy and efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for tech-savvy individuals with strong gaming experience, quick reflexes, and excellent situational awareness.

What You’ll Do

• Control and operate remote robotic systems through VR equipment, gaming controllers, and specialized software.
• Monitor live operations, maintain situational awareness, and respond quickly to changing conditions.
• Conduct routine system checks, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and escalate technical concerns when necessary.
• Follow established operating procedures, cybersecurity protocols, and safety standards.
• Record operational activities, incidents, and relevant system information accurately.
• Work closely with technical and operations teams on day-to-day activities.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on systems and processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree graduate or at least 2 years completed in college; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong gaming experience, particularly in FPS, strategy, racing, or flight simulation games.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination, fast reflexes, and sound decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working with VR equipment, gaming controllers, and technology platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems in real time.
• Basic English communication skills; the position is primarily non-voice.
• Experience in eSports, robotics, automation, or simulation-based environments is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang on a shifting schedule.
