This apprenticeship is an opportunity to learn enterprise technology sales in a demanding, supportive and fast-growing environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Within the Sales team, you will help build the pipeline for our Account Executives and learn the fundamentals of high-quality outbound sales.

• Map strategic accounts and identify the right IT, security and business decision-makers.

• Run targeted prospecting campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn.

• Spend significant time cold calling—around 70% of the role—while learning how to open relevant, credible conversations with senior stakeholders.

• Research each account and personalize outreach around real operational challenges.

• Qualify needs, priorities and timing before handing strong opportunities to Account Executives.

• Participate in events, support product demonstrations and represent Mindflow’s vision.

• Work with Sales and Growth to test messages, improve campaigns and make our process more effective.

This role does not require years of experience. It requires energy, discipline, curiosity and the desire to become excellent at sales.

MUST-HAVE

• You are enrolled in a program compatible with a 12–24 month apprenticeship.

• You are fluent in French and professionally proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• You communicate clearly and can make a point in three lines or thirty seconds.

• You are resilient and comfortable learning through feedback, repetition and rejection.

• You are curious about technology, AI, no-code, automation, IT or cybersecurity.

• You use digital tools confidently and look for ways to work smarter.

• You are organized, dependable and motivated by measurable goals.
