What they need
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sales & Account Admin to join our dynamic team at Starfound Industrial Sdn Bhd, based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Job responsibilities
Prepare quotation, invoice, DO and other related documents.
Arrange outgoing shipments to customers.
General account entry and E-Invoice entry.
Assist Senior Finance in bookkeeping and accounting records.
Manage filing & documentation of financial records.
Handle general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management from time to time.
Skill & Qualification
- Candidates must possess at least Certificate or Diploma. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably stay near to Shah Alam or Subang Jaya area.
- Computer literate.
- Discipline and punctual.
Working Hours
- Mon - Fri (8.30AM to 5.30PM)
