Junior Sales and Admin Executive

About the role

This is a sales-focused role. You will be responsible for actively sourcing new customers, generating leads, following up with prospects, arranging appointments, meeting homeowners, preparing quotations, and closing renovation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Actively hunt and generate new renovation leads
• Source for potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, networking, and other channels
• Contact homeowners to understand their renovation needs and requirements
• Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers
• Identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into renovation projects
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on customers' requirements
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Negotiate and close renovation deals
• Meet and achieve individual sales targets

• Sales-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
• Confident and comfortable approaching new customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Persistent and comfortable with rejection
• Able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups at the same time
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Basic computer skills
