Who We Are: We are a North London-based data and fiber cabling infrastructure company. We specialize in network cabling for offices and data centers, and we also supply expert engineering teams to principal contractors across the UK.

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic, confident communicator (fluent in native/near-native English and conversational Turkish) to join our team remotely.

No prior experience is needed! We provide full training on the industry. Your main goal is business development and relationship building over the phone.

What You Will Do:

• Call target companies in the UK (cabling contractors, M&E firms, and fit-out companies) to identify their engineering team requirements.
• Introduce our subcontracting services and build professional relationships.
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and leads.
• Occasionally attend industry exhibitions or face-to-face client meetings in London.

Requirements:

• Language: Native or bilingual fluency in English, with conversational Turkish capability.
• Skills: Strong phone communication skills, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Location: Based in or around North London (for occasional meetings/events).
• Right to work in the UK.

Details:

• Hours: 30 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 15:00).
• Pay: £12.71 / hour (National Minimum Wage / competitive starting rate).
• Location: Fully Remote / Work from home (with occasional local meetings).

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
