Junior Sales Assistant

Summit Marketing is looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Junior Sales Assistants.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for people who want to develop confidence, communication skills and commercial experience while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

You’ll work directly with customers while representing established brands through face-to-face sales and customer acquisition campaigns.

No previous sales experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

• Representing well-known brands in a professional manner
• Speaking with customers face-to-face
• Building confidence, communication and customer service skills
• Learning how to understand customer needs and present products or services effectively
• Working towards individual and team performance goals
• Taking part in regular sales and personal development training
