Junior Sales Assistant

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Assistant to join our growing Manchester team.

This is a customer-facing, field-based position where you will represent established brands and speak directly with members of the public across designated areas of Greater Manchester. You will introduce customers to relevant products and services, answer questions and provide a positive, professional experience.

The role would suit someone who enjoys meeting new people, working as part of an ambitious team and developing their communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Represent our partner brands professionally during face-to-face customer campaigns

Engage with potential customers in designated residential and community locations

Explain products and services clearly and accurately

Answer customer questions and help them make informed decisions

Maintain accurate customer and activity records

Attend regular product, communication and development sessions

Work alongside colleagues to support team and campaign objectives

Follow all company, client and customer-service standards

What We Are Looking For

Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential, as role-specific onboarding and ongoing coaching will be provided.

This is a field-based role rather than a shop-floor or office-based sales position. Applicants should be comfortable travelling to designated customer-engagement locations and speaking with customers face-to-face.

Pay: £450.00-£650.00 per week
