Georgia Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for Junior Sales Executives to join a growing Cardiff-based team.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their communication, customer service and sales skills. Previous sales experience is not essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

About the Role

You will work directly with customers in residential and field-based environments across Cardiff and surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Speaking with customers in person

* Introducing products and services

* Understanding customer requirements

* Providing clear information about available offers

* Maintaining a professional approach with customers

* Working towards agreed performance targets

* Taking part in training and development sessions

* Working independently while being supported by the wider team
