JUNIOR SALES

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or vocational school diploma; Bachelor’s degree (S1) is also welcome.

• A degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of sales experience is preferred.

• Must have a personal vehicle

• Possess good communication skills, honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude.

• Enjoy interacting with customers and are willing to visit clients.

• Willingness to learn and grow in sales and product knowledge.

• Able to follow instructions and perform tasks effectively.

• Willing to work during non-working hours/on holidays when required.

• Technical experience in latex paint is preferred.

Job Description:

• Develop the market and customer base effectively
• Achieve sales targets
• Understand the company’s products, research, and understand customer needs in the target market
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options for customers
• Build relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of our products.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• Gathering market information regarding prices, products, and marketing techniques in the latex paint industry

Persyaratan Pekerjaan:

• Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK; lulusan S1 juga dipersilakan melamar.

• Lulusan S1 Kimia atau jurusan terkait lebih diutamakan.

• Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman di bidang sales minimal 1 tahun menjadi nilai tambah.

• Harus memiliki kendaraan pribadi.

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, jujur, berintegritas, dan memiliki sikap positif.

• Senang berinteraksi dengan pelanggan dan bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke customer.

• Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar dan berkembang dalam bidang sales serta pengetahuan produk.

• Mampu mengikuti instruksi dan menjalankan tugas dengan baik dan efektif.

• Bersedia bekerja di luar jam kerja/pada hari libur.

• Pengalaman atau pengetahuan teknis mengenai cat latex menjadi nilai tambah.

• Mengembangkan pasar dan pelanggan dengan cara yang efektif
• Mencapai target penjualan
• Memahami produk perusahaan, menyelidiki, dan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan di pasar sasaran
• Mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis dengan mengidentifikasi prospek dan mengevaluasi posisi mereka di industri, meneliti dan menganalisis opsi penjualan kepada pelanggan
• Membangun hubungan dengan prospek dan merekomendasikan solusi untuk meningkatkan produksi mereka melalui penggunaan produk kami.
• Membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan klien.
• Menjual produk dengan menjalin kontak dan mengembangkan hubungan dengan prospek
• Mengumpulkan informasi pasar mengenai harga, produk, dan teknik pemasaran di industri cat lateks
