Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Talent 360 is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential and understand their needs
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and manage sales activities reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
• Follow up promptly with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 0-6 months of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
