Junior Sales Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Junior Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This is a perfect role for a fresh graduate who enjoys the intersection of technology and people.

Your primary mission will be to act as the bridge between our technical solutions and our clients. You won't just be "selling"; you’ll be helping clients solve problems by providing the right technical specifications, creating accurate quotes, and managing the relationship from the first hello to the final handshake.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for technical inquiries. Understand client requirements and explain how our products/services meet their needs.
• Quotation Management: Prepare detailed, accurate price quotes and technical proposals based on client specifications.
• Lead Conversion: Proactively follow up with potential leads via phone, email, and meetings to move them through the sales funnel.
• Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospects and existing clients, ensuring regular touchpoints to foster long-term partnerships.
• Market Feedback: Relay client feedback and common pain points to the technical and product teams to help improve our offerings.
• Sales Reporting: Track your daily activities, follow-up status, and conversion rates using our CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, CS, or related field) or a technical diploma.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to explain complex ideas in a simple, persuasive way.
• Persistence: A strong "follow-up" game. You are organized, disciplined, and don't let leads go cold.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand technical drawings, data sheets, or software requirements to build accurate quotes.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for quoting) and a quick learner of CRM software.
