Junior Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Sales Engineer with an electrical or M&E background to drive technical sales and meet targets. You will generate leads, manage accounts via CRM, prepare quotes, and engage clients through calls, emails, and meetings. You will have a mentor to guide you with the mentioned tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Research prospects, generate leads, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints.
• Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals.
• Participate actively in sales team meetings.
• Liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, and associates using English, BM, and Mandarin proficiency.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree or similar.
• M&E Background or Engineering Field Experience preferred.
• 1+ years of sales experience in the related industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
