Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Junior Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in an IT software company or BPO and possess strong communication and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with prospective and existing clients regarding sales inquiries.
• Conduct lead follow-ups through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships.
• Schedule client meetings and assist with sales activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions when required.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• 1–2 years of experience in an IT software company or BPO based in Karachi.
• Experience in sales coordination, lead follow-ups, inside sales, tele-sales, or customer coordination within the local Pakistani market.
• International sales experience is not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional, presentable, and confident personality.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work onsite at our Tariq Road office.
