Junior Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support the Customer Solutions & Leasing team to approach and develop relationships with new Chinese customers and find new channels to increase sales volume, such as helping prepare the Booking Agreement and handling the agency registration.
• Support leasing activities related to government sessions for Chinese customers, coordinating with authorities and related departments to help customers obtain the necessary permissions, such as BOI, IEAT, and DIW, by securing documentary requirements from related government agencies or departments.
• Coordinate internally and externally with other departments to ensure service quality, fast response, and a proactive experience for Chinese customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese, Business Chinese, Business Administration or related field
• Fresh grads are welcome or 1-3 years of experience in customer management or administration in any field.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Mandarin).
• Able to communicate in English.
