JUNIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the company's sales growth, maintaining good customer relationships, and recommending suitable automotive spare parts based on customers' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively contact existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
• Introduce and recommend suitable automotive spare parts and products to customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and sales progress.
• Build and maintain good long-term relationships with customers.
• Assist in developing new customers and expanding the market.
• Follow up regularly on customer orders and after-sales requirements.
• Work towards company sales targets and continuously improve individual sales performance.
• Learn and understand the company's products while continuously improving sales and communication skills.
• Communicate and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are handled effectively.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by the company.

About you

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and committed to delivering results.
• Proactive, positive, and willing to learn and attend training.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to continuously learn about automotive spare parts and related products.
• Able to proactively follow up with customers and build long-term customer relationships.
